Class Schedule

Class: History 17B: Modern US History Since 1877
Instructor: Dave Bush
Semester: Spring 2011
College: College of the Siskiyous
Online Course Management System: Etudes
Listed below are the due dates for all class work and other important dates.  Module web pages will open and close on the dates listed below.  The "Start Date" is the day web pages open at 12:15 am, and you may begin submitting work on these days.  The "Due By Date" is the due date, and all work must be submitted before 11:45 pm.  Work will be accepted late for up to one day after the "Due By Date." Beyond that, work will NOT be accepted late for any reason.  My advice, submit your work well before the "Due By Date" and you'll never have to worry about late work.

The test is open for only one day!  You must take the test on its due date between 12:15am and 11:45pm. The test will NOT be accepted late.

Regarding the discussions, you must make a minimum of three posts each week (Monday through Sunday) and each of these posts must be made on a different day (of course you may make more than three posts a week and more than one post each day).  At least one post must be made by Wednesday of each week.  I will grade discussions twice a semester based on your First Half Discussion Assessment and Second Half Discussion Assessment submissions.  You will only have a few days to submit these assessments, so keep an eye on the Class Schedule.

See the Syllabus and other Important Class Information Module documents for additional information on the discussions, quizzes, written assignments, test, and much more.

Please keep an eye on the dates!  This is very important. (I have also listed the drop dates on this schedule.  Confirm these drop dates with the Admissions and Records Office.)

The first day of the semester is the first day of class.
